About Us
We’re not just a team, We’re a family

As the very first dive center established on the Nusa islands, World Diving Lembongan has been welcoming guests to our island paradise since 1998 . . . . and they keep coming back year after year! What’s our secret?

World Diving Lembongan has proudly led the way in underwater exploration on the island for over a quarter of a century. As the first dive shop to open on Nusa Lembongan, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional diving safety, expert guidance, and unparalleled customer service. Our dedication to the sport and our divers is reflected in every dive we lead.
When we first opened our doors, Nusa Lembongan was a quiet island with just a handful of family-run homestays and small local warungs lining the shore. As the island has grown and evolved, so too has World Diving—becoming part of the fabric of the community while always holding onto our original family feel and unwavering commitment to service and safety.
As one of the founding members of the Lembongan Marine Association, we have worked alongside fellow operators to establish standardized safety practices that protect both our guests and the ocean we share. Over the years, we have proudly trained generations of local divemasters and instructors—many who were children when we first began—who have since gone on to build their own successful dive businesses on the island.
We are committed to providing first-rate dive gear, and our friendly, experienced team—many of whom have been with us for years—ensures every diver feels at ease, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned pro. Our spacious Jukung Diving boat, the only one of its kind on the island, offers comfort and ease throughout your journey, giving you room to relax and enjoy the dive in style.
To enhance your experience, we offer Nitrox as an additional option for divers seeking longer, more relaxed dives. For those looking to make the most of their time on the island, we offer bespoke dive-and-stay packages that include convenient transfers, daily breakfast, and your choice of three accommodation types—Standard, Superior, or Deluxe. Between dives, enjoy a local Nasi Campur snack, freshly prepared to keep you energized for more adventure.
At World Diving, safety is our number one priority, and we are passionate about providing a diving experience that is both thrilling and secure. Let us take you below the surface and share with us the beauty of Nusa Lembongan’s vibrant reefs.

Nusa Lembongan
Welcome to our paradise home.

Situated just a short 30-minute ferry ride from Bali, the Nusa Islands are among Indonesia’s most breathtaking tropical destinations. Nusa Lembongan, the most established of the three, is renowned for its white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and world-class surfing first discovered in the late 1970s along Jungut Batu. Today, it offers a peaceful island escape away from the busy tourist hubs of Kuta, Seminyak, and Canggu, making it ideal for travellers seeking a more relaxed and authentic Bali experience.
Life on Nusa Lembongan moves at a slower pace, where traditional Balinese culture, local customs, and a strong sense of community are part of everyday life. Visitors can enjoy stunning coastlines, dramatic cliffs, and some of Bali’s best beaches, alongside vibrant beachfront cafés and local warungs serving authentic Indonesian cuisine as well as high-quality Western Food.
The surrounding Nusa Islands, including Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida, are famous for their unspoiled natural beauty and exceptional marine biodiversity. Located within the Coral Triangle, the region is a global hotspot for diving and snorkeling. Cooler, nutrient-rich currents between June and October help maintain healthy, vibrant coral reefs with minimal bleaching.
These conditions attract an incredible variety of marine life, including resident manta rays and the seasonal Mola Mola (sunfish), making Nusa Lembongan one of the best diving destinations in the world. Whether you’re here for diving, snorkeling, surfing, or simply relaxing, Nusa Lembongan offers an unforgettable island experience.
