Our PADI Open Water Diver Course is the perfect way to start your scuba diving journey. You’ll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently explore the underwater world. Our certified PADI instructors will guide you through the course with a combination of classroom learning, pool sessions, and four open water dives. After successful completion, you’ll be certified to dive to depths of 18 meters anywhere in the world.

What's Included?
Dive Theory
Learn the theory and physics of scuba diving! Opt to study here on Nusa Lembongan or sign up for eLearning and learn from home.
5 Pool Dives
Pool diving sessions give you the opportunity to practise and master diving skills in a safe and confined environment.
4 Open Water Dives
This is what it's all about - real dives in the ocean! Your PADI Instructor will be by your side as you explore 4 of our favourite dive sites!
Take the PADI Open Water Course in Nusa Lembongan
The PADI Open Water certification is your ticket to the world. During this four day program you’ll take part in some classroom study sessions, training dives in our purpose built pool and you’ll make four open water dives in the ocean. (Please note that if you study with PADI eLearning before arriving on the island, your program will be just three days with no classroom studying). You’ll have a lot of fun, learn how to be safe diver and see phenomenal marine life.
Prerequisites:

No previous scuba diving experience is required.

To take the PADI Open Water Course in Nusa Lembongan, participants need to be a minimum of 12 years of age.

Participants need to have a reasonable level of fitness (be able to walk 1.6 kilometers/1 mile in 14 minutes or swim 200 meters/yards without resting).

Participants do not need to have exceptional swimming ability but should be able to comfortably maintain themselves in water.

Participants are required to complete a PADI Medical Questionnaire prior to any inwater activities.
